A rare open front cardigan hand knit by Mildred Boulton for Bill Gibb, made from a wool and acrylic blend yarn in tones of grey and burnt orange, with one embroidered bee patch attached to the left arm. Knit in an exaggerated elongated style, with pockets near the knees, and sleeves extending well past the hands.
Sizing: Unlabelled, measurements as follow: Chest measures 117 cm across the full width of the open front cardigan, 42 cm across the shoulders, sleeve measures 88 cm from shoulder to cuff, and is 110 cm in length from shoulder to hem. Sash is 6.5 cm wide, and is 175 cm in length.
